a) The floral arrangement(s) is/are agreed to be as stated in our quote and invoice.
b) While every endeavour is made to supply floral arrangement(s) as ordered, the Owner reserves the right to substitute other designs where necessary.
c) Due to our handmade paper blooms, all arrangements should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from wet areas.
Additional Bridal Floral arrangement(s)
Sale and Promotional Packages are to be paid in full at the time of order placement.
All bespoke Bridal orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance to be paid prior to dispatch/delivery.

· Image sent (within 1 week)
· Approval received
· Order completed
· Image sent for approval
· Balance of order paid
Atelier Blooms LTD will endeavour to supply floral arrangement(s) as ordered but cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery, delay in delivery or inability to supply when required.
Due to the handmade paper blooms, all arrangements should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from wet areas.
Any freight or delivery charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
a) Any charges for any purchases are stated on customer quote and invoice (GST inclusive).
b) A deposit of 50% is required for special requirements to installations for any non-standard orders.
c) All invoices are to be paid prior to delivery of goods.
d) Atelier Blooms preferred method of payment is direct credit to our bank account.
e) Method of payment will be detailed at the time of purchase confirmation and on our quote/invoice, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancel of Order
if a customer cancels their order after acceptance, they will be invoiced between 25%-50% of that order, depending on when order was placed and when order is cancelled.
a) Atelier Blooms Ltd will constitute an acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions, and of the charges stated on the quotation as acceptance by customer.
b) It is the customer's responsibility to inform Atelier Blooms Ltd, within 5 working days, of any issues with their purchase, once delivered.
